1. QUOTATIONS & ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

Quotation issued by DH-Marine SIA (DH) expires after 30 days from the quotation date unless otherwise agreed.

Verbal quotations submitted without written form are not valid.

Cancellation of already accepted orders is not allowed by the customer unless DH accepts it and issues a written form with confirmation.

2. PRICES

​

All prices are quoted excl. VAT & duties, Ex Work DH facility in accordance with Incoterms. Freight and additional insurance are for the customer account.

Unit price may be reduced if goods are sold on an exchange basis, which should be specified in the quotation and agreed on by all Parties.

3. PAYMENT

​

If the payment date is not agreed, it must be done before the shipment of goods.
The ownership of the goods is passed only after the payment is made. For long-term customers who have no debts, DH can offer other payment terms - payment in 30 days after the receipt of the invoice. Every overdue day can be charged at 0.2 percent of interest, if not otherwise specified.

4. DELIVERY

​

If the customer requests, DH can arrange transport and insurance for the delivery.
DH can cancel the order or deliveries if the customer has overdue invoices or in situations when there is a justified concern about the customer economical situation.

5. WARRANTY

​

For new products, the warranty is according to the manufacturer's warranty and the claims from the customers to DH can be accepted if DH can raise the warranty claim to the customer.
For reconditioned items, the warranty will be specified in each quotation. If not specified, the warranty is 1 month.
The cost of returning the defective item under warranty must be covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty is not valid if :
- The damage is caused by a blackout, overload or short circuit.
- The damage is caused by the customer's attempt.
- The installation has been done by not qualified engineer.
- Wrong use of the item.

6. RETURNS

​

If not agreed, it is not allowed to return delivered items without notice. If it is agreed, the restocking fee 20 % of the purchase price will apply, at a minimum of 100 Eur.

7. PRODUCT LIABILITY

​

DH-Marine SIA is liable for damages to the equipment in accordance with the mandatory provisions of Latvian Legislation.

​

8. APPLICABLE LAW

​

All disputes between DH-Marine SIA and the customer are regulated by Latvian Legislation.
